Sales Back Office and Tender Office Junior Manager
STI Engineering Srl, an international engineering company operating in 8 different countries and providing multidisciplinary design and consultancy services in the Civil, Industrial, Energy & Chemicals, and Marine sectors for over thirty years, is currently looking for a Sales Back Office and Tender Office Junior Manager.
Sales Back Office and Tender Office Junior Manager will be placed within the sales team supporting the organization of work to promote the services offered by the company to established and new clients. The offer will pertain to the construction world and will cover engineering services, consulting, project management, automation and advanced digital tools.
The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Identify tenders most consistent with the company's service offerings.
- Drafting summary forms to verify compliance with requirements and to be presented to the Sales Director to decide whether or not to participate
- Manage the administrative part of the tender by coordinating with the principals or coordinating with the principal in case of RTP
- Manage the archive of all project and tender methodology sheets
- Update the database and references by taking care of the collection of certificates of good performance
Required:
- Prior experience of at least 2 years with the procurement code (36/2023 or at least 50/2016) related to engineering and architectural services
- Autonomous in managing own role but can ask for help when needed
- Organizational skills
- Management of professional relationships with colleagues even at a distance
- Good knowledge of the office package
- Knowledge of both written and oral English

Work schedule and location:
- Full Time Mon/Fri
