Senior Civil Engineer
STI Engineering Srl, an international engineering company with a presence in 8 different countries and over thirty years of experience providing multidisciplinary design and consultancy services in the Civil, Industrial, Energy & Chemicals, and Marine sectors, is currently seeking a Senior/Lead Architect capable of coordinating a team throughout the architectural design phases, from conceptual definition to executive design (coordination in the preparation of graphic documents and project-related materials such as estimates, reports, authorizations, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent technical knowledge in civil and architectural matters.
- Proficiency in design using 3D modeling/Revit.
- Familiarity with project approval processes.
- Experience in both public (building) and private (mainly industrial) sector design, including the coordination and supervision of construction activities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from other disciplines, including structural and systems engineers.
- Leadership skills, including the ability to coordinate a team of designers and promote their professional growth.
- Good command of the English language.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel both within Italy and abroad as needed.
- This role can be performed at one of the company's Italian offices.
