Junior Controller

We are seeking a Junior Document Controller to join our dynamic team in the Mexico City office. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about expanding their expertise in managing the process of collecting, analyzing, and sharing relevant information with company management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the process of collecting, analyzing, and sharing relevant information with company management, including monthly reports, reclassified economic, corporate, and order reports.
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs linked to efficiency and production performance, supporting administrative management in creating improvement plans.
- Create and process budgets and forecasts, verifying the progress of activities and evaluating deviations to propose necessary actions to achieve set objectives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics/Management Engineering or equivalent qualification with 2/3 years of experience in management control in administrative departments.
- Proficient in English.
- Preferably, but not strictly necessary, have experience in Engineering or Service companies, as well as in-depth knowledge of order flow management.
